What to Expect

Patients and owners alike are welcomed by a friendly receptionist as they are quickly escorted into triage. Once the animals are taken to the examination room, pet owners are ushered into a choice of comfortable seating areas. It is important to us to take exceptional care of our pet owners while their pets are being treated. We have taken many steps to do this:

• There are no phones at our check-in/admission desk so we can focus exclusively on our clients.
• Several, specifically designed waiting areas allow clients the ability to choose what best suits them --- sitting by the fireplace, quietly reading, watching television, or perusing our website on the computer.
• Hot coffee and freshly baked Otis Spunkmeyer cookies provide “comfort food.”
• Hand-painted murals and calming earth tones throughout the Clinic make for a relaxing atmosphere.
